Intellect Archive is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing free educational resources. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Eligibility

Intellect Archive provides free access to a curated digital library of educational resources, including but not limited to: academic articles, research archives, STEM materials, digital literacy guides, teaching resources, vocational training modules, and humanities texts. The Service is offered "as is" and "as available" for non-commercial, educational purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, educational, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, servers, or databases
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers, including through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or distributing malware
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission

Open Licensed Content: You may freely use, share, and adapt content marked with Creative Commons licenses in accordance with the specific license terms (e.g., CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC0). For public domain content, you may use it without restriction.
Our Brand: The Intellect Archive name, logo, and branding may not be used without our prior written permission. You may not imply endorsement or affiliation with Intellect Archive without authorization.
User Contributions: If you submit content (e.g., lesson plans, translations, annotations) to the Service, you grant Intellect Archive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, and distribute that content under the same open license you designate. You retain ownership of your contributions.
6. User Accounts
Most of our Service does not require an account. However, certain features (such as saving favorites, subscribing to newsletters, or contributing content) may require registration. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

9. Limitation of Liability

- Your use or inability to use the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed fifty US dollars ($50.00) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater. 11. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe that any material on the Service infringes your copyright, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing:

- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located

12. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Wilmington, Delaware. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
14. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Intellect Archive regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or internet outages.
